Update Aug. 31, 2021: Considering the resurgence of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in Texas and around the country, and after surveying our constituents, the Families Learning Conference has moved from an in-person convening to a virtual format. Information for exhibitors will be updated as we work with our technology vendor, Pearson Technology, to build the virtual platform.
Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at the 2021 Families Learning Conference! For sponsorship opportunities and other ways to heighten awareness of your company at the Conference, please contact Rebecca Barnwell, development director, at email@example.com.
Please note: Tables are not placed in an exhibit hall but rather in the main Conference thoroughfare. Traditional backwall and sidewall draping is not provided by the Families Learning Conference. Exhibitors need to bring the backdrop or display they require. Electricity and AV equipment is available for a rental fee from the hotel’s inhouse AV company, JSAV. Please see this order form for pricing.
Once you have secured your exhibit table, please direct any questions to Sara Ulliman, firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to change the name on your registration or register additional staff, email Sara or email@example.com.
Attendees will be able to visit your exhibit pages at any time. If you elect to participate in the two-way video chat feature (Chime Room), a representative from your organization should staff the Chime Room during these hours:
Monday, Oct. 25 and Tuesday, Oct. 26:
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. CDT
12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. CDT
Wednesday, Oct. 27:
9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. CDT
Exhibitor payment is due within 30 days of registering online. If exhibitor selects to pay by check or purchase order, the exhibit table is not secured until a signed check or purchase order has been received by NCFL.
To pay by check or purchase order, remit payment to:
National Center for Families Learning
ATTN: Conference Registration

Additional methods of payment by purchase order:
If NCFL is unable to host the Families Learning Conference, registrants will be reimbursed for the full amount of registration fees paid. NCFL will not reimburse any travel-related expenses, such as airfare and lodging.
If the Conference is held as planned but a registrant decides not to attend of their own volition, a full refund will be issued if NCFL receives cancellation from the registrant in writing by Monday, October 11, 2021. NCFL will not be held responsible for, nor issue refunds based on, illness, travel or weather-related interruptions, or other independent issues requiring cancellation after October 11, 2021. Registration substitutions are permitted.
The National Center for Families Learning is committed to the safety of our attendees and is monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic closely. If the pandemic causes any schedule changes to the Families Learning Conference, we will notify all registrants by email, post the schedule change on conference.familieslearning.org, and make every effort to offer an alternative delivery of Conference learning content.
