This presentation equips participants with comprehensive after school program evaluation strategies beyond required measures. The focus is developing plans incorporating quantitative and qualitative methods across five areas: health/safety, relationships, engagement, communication, and program quality. Participants will analyze real tools, identify program strengths/challenges, and create actionable steps for continuous improvement using inclusive evaluation approaches.
