This session will highlight shift_ed’s Education Continuum—a research-based approach that equips students from early childhood through postsecondary with the tools, resources, and guidance they need for lifelong success. Participants will explore strategies that remove barriers through School Readiness Resource Fairs, increase college access via targeted College Readiness programming, and spark early career alignment through Middle School Pathway Development tools like YouScience and Your_Path.
