Springboard Collaborative partners with school districts to enhance literacy in underserved communities through family engagement programs. Our Family-Educator Learning Accelerator (FELA) methodology fosters active participation from families, resulting in a 91% workshop attendance rate and average reading growth of 4.9 months per session. This session will explore effective strategies for involving families in literacy support and highlight the positive impact on student outcomes.
