This session will introduce working with family literacy learners as co-designers of family literacy programing, of their child’s school, health clinic, and of their local library branch. Participants will get an introduction to the methodology and framework of co-design and how this approach leads to innovation and more equitable outcomes. Participants will also learn about three projects that utilized this approach and have the opportunity to consider ways they might co-design in their own communities
