At Momentous School, parent leaders, a family guidance coordinator, and the educators co-create Learning Juntos, a family engagement program focusing on supporting a child’s education and development. We will present a case study to describe the family engagement framework at Momentous School and to share the mixed-methods research findings on the impact of becoming a parent leader on their development, their families, and beyond.
