Amanda Mehl is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and holds a background in Elementary Education and Human Development and Family Sciences. She has lived in North Carolina for the past six years and is passionate about supporting student success. Amanda has served in a variety of roles at shift_ed, gaining valuable experience and insight into the organization’s mission. She now serves as the Director of Academic Initiatives, where she leads programs that support K–12 students through high-impact tutoring and academic enrichment. Amanda is committed to helping students build strong academic foundations and thrive throughout their educational journey.
