Daphne Alsiyao serves as the Family Support Manager at the North Carolina Partnership for Children (NCPC) where she supports Local Smart Start Partnerships as they implement family support activities in their communities and work to embed family leadership efforts in their decision-making processes. She believes that building a stronger early childhood system starts with authentic family engagement and leadership and when family voices are centered in decision-making spaces. Daphne’s work hits home as she snuggles her own little ones and watches, in awe, as they grow and explore the world.
