Dawan Barfield is the Community Outreach Manager for PAACT: Promise All Atlanta Children Thrive, where he leads grassroots engagement and builds networks of community advocates to access early education across Atlanta. With over a decade of experience in Atlanta Public Schools, he served as a Certified Spanish Interpreter and Community Liaison, supporting multilingual families and fostering inclusive school environments.

His work is driven by a deep commitment in strengthening family engagement, building trust between communities and the systems that serve them. Dawan is also a proud father of three and brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his role.
