Dr. Artika R. Tyner is a passionate educator, author, sought-after speaker, and advocate for justice. Tyner is the CEO of the nonprofit, Planting People Growing Justice (PPGJ). PPGJ seeks to plant seeds of social change through education, training, and community outreach. PPGJ hosts a monthly Leaders are Readers program and sponsors various initiatives. In recognition of her leadership and service, she is the recipient of more than two dozen awards that include: Women in Business, International Educator Citizen, Attorney of the Year, and American Bar Association Difference Makers. She is an award-winning author of 30+ children’s books.
