Dr. Keo Chea-Young is an Academic Success Partner at Springboard Collaborative, bringing over 20 years of experience dedicated to improving literacy for young children across the nation. Her expertise encompasses academic research, family engagement, and the development and implementation of effective literacy programs and curricula. Before joining Springboard, Dr. Chea-Young consulted for literacy organizations, where she provided professional learning for educators in both school and out-of-school settings. Dr. Chea-Young holds a master’s degree in language and literacy, along with a reading specialist certification from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and earned her doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
