Ealasha Vaughner is a powerful voice for equity, advocacy, and community transformation. As Manager of Policy & Advocacy at Clayton Early Learning, Educare Denver, she leads bold initiatives that center equity and open opportunities for families. She is the driving force behind the Clayton Family Ambassador Program (CFA), uplifting and mobilizing working families to lead community-driven change. Grounded in lived experience, Ealasha empowers others to speak up and take action. Beyond Clayton, she serves on the NCFL Parent and Family Engagement Advisory Council and facilitates Activate!Local, inspiring families to lead, advocate, and rise together.
