Emily Sedgwick is a member of the Family Engagement team. She creates content for Wonderopolis and supports and facilitates family engagement workshops and trainings. As NCFL’s staff librarian, she also works to develop family literacy relationships with libraries across the country. Before joining NCFL in 2014, she served as the Federal Government Documents and reference librarian for the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA).
Emily earned both her Master of Science in Library and Information Science and Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kentucky. She earned her postbaccalaureate certification in Family Literacy from Penn State University.
