Holly Walters

Holly Walters is chief information officer and group vice president of information systems for TMNA. Walters oversees the company’s information systems, solutions, and technology.

Previously, Walters was president and CEO of Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB). In this role, Walters oversaw all of Toyota’s U.S. banking operations, which provide a range of services to Toyota and Lexus dealers as well as consumers.

Walters has also served as vice president of information and digital systems for Toyota Financial Services (TFS), where she was responsible for the development and delivery of business capabilities to the company’s sales, originations, servicing, channel management, dealer lending, insurance, and transaction platform functions.

Prior to that role, Walters served as general manager, chief risk officer, and chief technology officer for TFSB. In that role, she had responsibility for credit, underwriting, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and information technology.

Walters joined Toyota in 2007 as TFSB’s chief technology officer, responsible for technology strategy and implementation.

Prior to joining Toyota, Walters held senior roles in the banking sector, focusing on the integration of technology and business operations, solution development and deployment, as well as IT risk and compliance.

Her experience spans a spectrum of financial services products, including auto finance, mortgages, deposits, commercial lending, and credit cards.

Walters earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Business Administration from Muskingum College, New Concord, Ohio, and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
