James Condon is a data strategist who leads extensive primary research projects that measure the opinion, perception and expectation of multistakeholder groups to help inform client engagement strategies and communication campaigns. James leads the FTI Consulting’s team of research and data experts and is based in New York. With more than a decade of experience, James has conducted research projects utilizing bespoke methodologies to understand the global opinion of client stakeholders in times of corporate change, transactions, crises, market or societal disruptions, and has helped clients effectively adapt their messaging and communications to mitigate reputational issues.
