Jan Helson worked with her husband, Tim to develop their family business into a $200 million global leader. After selling the business, Jan and her daughter Rachel coauthored two award-winning children’s books and founded The Global Game Changers Student Empowerment Program in 2013 to instill leadership and core social-emotional competencies in children at a young age. The program has since developed into a robust, evidence-based in-school and afterschool program available nationwide through an online portal, implemented across all 50 states, 17 countries, and impacting 250,000+ students.
