Jess leads the professional development arm at RESCHOOL where she designs trainings with system leaders and organizations to support them in adapting their practices to better co-design with families, implement inclusive programming, and build out the infrastructure needed for young people to access learning in a variety of places. She has been working in education for 15 years with experience in human-centered design, product development, partner coordination, program design and implementation, and business and operations.
