At RESCHOOL, Jess designs and facilitates trainings that support system leaders in adapting their practices to better co-design with families, implement inclusive programming, and build out the infrastructure needed for young people to access learning in various places. She has been working in education for 15 years with experience in co-design, product development, partner coordination, program design and implementation, and operations.
