Joye Ryan-Jones has over 40 years of professional experience working with and for students and their parents as a secondary mathematics teacher, ESL educator, parent educator, teacher educator, and administrator of ESL Programming. Joye completed her bachelors at Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas, with graduate work at Arkansas State and the University of Arkansas. She is currently finishing her fourteenth year at the ESL District office for Springdale Public Schools.
