Judy Basham has been teaching in Arizona and New Mexico for nearly 40 years. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, her MA from Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, Arizona, and her principalship, also from NAU. The bulk of her experience has been in Social Studies and ESL at the secondary level, and she has held positions in teacher education programs. She has lately focused on adult education for parents of small children and is particularly interested in project-based learning.
