Mary brings over 20 years of experience to her role as Book Harvest’s Senior Director of Advocacy where she works to influence and mobilize support for policies and practices that advance book ownership from birth and literacy for every child. Her role includes partnering with national, state, and local elected officials, policy leaders, and advocates; convening and thought leadership; centering family voices; and building support for book ownership as a public priority. Mary believes deeply in the potential for every child to flourish and succeed, and our responsibility as a society to ensure literacy and justice for all.
