Shiloh Murillo has over 25 years of early childhood experience in the preschool setting as a teacher, assistant director, and program director. In her current role working as a Family Engagement Coach at Southwest Human Development she coaches on how to best engage ECE professionals with their families. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from CSU, Northridge. She received her Director’s Credential from the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership at National Louis University. She served as the policy council chairman for the Zero to Five Maricopa County Head Start Program, and as community coordinator for Retrouvaille of Arizona. She currently sits on the Southeast Maricopa Regional Partnership Council for First Things First. Shiloh’s passion for children and families is the cornerstone of her dedication to quality early childhood education.
