T’Sha Buycks serves as the Family Advancement Director at Village of Promise in Huntsville, Alabama. A native of Birmingham, she brings more than 20 years of experience in social work and case management, with a career dedicated to strengthening families and advocating for vulnerable populations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Human Services, along with Case
Management Certification from the Alabama Department of Mental Health. Over the course of her career, T’Sha has served as a Social Worker, Lead Case Manager, and Mental Health Professional, and she also spent eight years supporting the U.S. Armed Forces as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Triage Consultant.
