Three-day rate: $649
Single-day rate: $350

Regular rates (July 1 through the event start):
Three-day rate: $699

Three-Day Registration

Includes admission into conference events and sessions from Monday, November 3 through Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

$649 / per person through June 30, 2025

Single-Day Registration

Includes admission into conference events and sessions on either Monday, Nov. 3, Tuesday, Nov. 4, or Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025.

$175 to $350 / per person through June 30, 2025

Lead presenter

Upon acceptance, lead presenters will be emailed instructions for receiving the discounted three-day rate of $295.

Registration Policies

Online Registration is by credit card, purchase order, or check. Registrations by purchase order or check will not be approved until payment is received.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes apply to one 3-day conference registration only until 11:59pm Pacific time on the date specified. Discount codes are not stackable. Group volume discounts are not stackable with discount codes.

 


CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund minus a $75 administration fee will be issued if NCFL receives cancellation from the registrant in writing by Monday, September 22, 2025. A full refund minus a $125 administration fee will be issued if NCFL receives cancellation from the registrant in writing between Tuesday, September 23, 2025 and Monday, October 6, 2025. NCFL will not be held responsible for, nor issue refunds based on, illness, travel or weather-related interruptions, or other independent issues requiring cancellation after October 6, 2025. Registration substitutions are permitted.
