Estrella Ruiz is a dedicated community leader and social advocate based in Clifton, Colorado. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work, Estrella has committed her career to empowering individuals and families through education, mental health support, and community engagement. Estrella works tirelessly to ensure that all families have access to educational opportunities and essential services. She collaborates closely with community leaders to develop culturally responsive strategies that promote equity and inclusivity in education. Her experience also includes facilitating parenting classes, organizing community events, and advocating for policy change at the state level. Estrella’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional roles. She serves on multiple boards and committees. She is also actively involved in various community organizations, such as one of the Founding Members of Raíces del Valle, a non-profit organization. Through her tireless dedication and passion for social justice, Estrella continues to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in the Grand Valley community and beyond.
