Frances Frost is an experienced leader in non-profit organizations and education with over 20 years of volunteer and professional service. She has served as a National PTA Board member and Family Engagement committee chairman, and officer for other non-profit organizations.

As an executive assistant in a large school district, she has been actively involved in strategic planning, family engagement, and policy development. Previously, she was the Family Ambassador at the U.S. Department of Education.

Frances has developed and delivered training across the country for school district leaders, non-profit boards, and volunteers in operational improvement, family engagement and leadership development.
