Dave W. Christopher Sr. is the President and Founder of Amped, an organization he launched in 2014 to empower communities through music education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship. Originally established as Amped Music Academy to provide a safe and creative space for youth, the program has since evolved to address broader economic and technological disparities. In 2017, recognizing the urgent need for equitable access to technology careers, Dave founded Amped’s Technology Workforce Development Program, creating living-wage job opportunities for underserved Black and Brown youth and adults in West Louisville.

Beyond Amped, Dave is also the founder of Tekni Solutions and Level Seven Recording Studios, underscoring his commitment to innovation and creative expression.
