The Families Learning Conference takes place at the newly renovated Renaissance Dallas Addison. To receive our room block rate of $190 per night plus tax, attendees must use our custom reservation link provided in spring 2021. This rate also applies 3 days before and 3 days after the regular Conference days, based on hotel availability.

*In order to get the conference group rate of $190 plus tax, you must make your hotel reservation before Friday, October 1, 2021, using the custom reservation link or calling the hotel directly and mentioning “Families Learning Conference.” However, we anticipate selling out of rooms well before October, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.

The only official NCFL lodging opportunities are listed on our Conference website (Conference.FamiliesLearning.org) or are included in emails that have been sent to you from NCFL. If you receive an email or call from someone offering “Convention rates on hotels,” “attendee lists,” or other Convention-related services do not give your information to these solicitors. These are not official emails or calls from the National Center for Families Learning (NCFL).
NCFL does not share attendee emails or phone numbers with anyone outside of our organization. If you are contacted by someone who tries to get you to book your hotel stay through them, do not do it. Instead, inform NCFL of the call or email you received by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 502-584-1133.
