How can schools and communities intentionally develop family leaders? Explore the progression from involvement to engagement to shared leadership and discover how NCFL’s family leadership continuum creates pathways for families to strengthen their leadership skills, engage in civic life, and become authentic partners in school and community improvement. Participants will leave with practical strategies and tools, including a family leadership readiness reflection, to assess current practice and identify next steps for strengthening family voice and leadership.
