Amy Lau is the Director of Educator and Family Engagement at MetaMetrics, where she leads the Lexile® and Quantile® Educator Academy and Hub. With over 20 years in education, she has served as a K–5 teacher and instructional coach, supporting students, educators, and families across schools and districts. Amy now partners with schools and organizations from around the globe to deliver high-quality training and to develop tools that help educators and families effectively use Lexile and Quantile measures to support student learning.
