Becky Phelps is an Associate Director at Partners for Rural Impact (PRI), a national non-profit working to ensure that all rural youth succeed. Phelps leverages her experience as an industrial organizational psychologist, co-active coach, and result based facilitator and trainer to develop leaders in rural places across the country. She believes that powerful, intuitive, results-based leadership can transform communities and ultimately improve outcomes and access for kids.
