Brenda Gardner is the Curriculum and Evaluation Supervisor at Tandem, Partners in Early Learning, a Bay Area nonprofit serving families across San Francisco, Alameda, and Contra Costa counties. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, child care provider, and family support professional, Brenda specializes in designing bilingual, culturally responsive curriculum that meets families and educators where they are. She leads the development of playgroups, workshops, and instructional resources rooted in equity, inclusion, and strengths-based practice, with a particular focus on multilingual communities. Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, Brenda holds a BA in Sociology from Colorado State University, a Family Development Credential from the University of Connecticut, and a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
