Cathy brings 35 years of experience in education and nonprofit leadership to her role as CEO of UP Partnership, a backbone organization serving over 500,000 youth ages 0–24 in Bexar County. She has served as a teacher, assistant principal, HR director, assistant superintendent, and nonprofit executive director, with a consistent focus on improving student outcomes. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University, a master’s degree from Texas State University, and a Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin’s Cooperative Superintendency Program. Dr. Jones is a dedicated community volunteer and enjoys family time and being active outdoors.
