Clarence Ames has spent over a decade dismantling the barriers to success for learners of all ages. As the Research and Implementation Manager at the Utah STEM Action Center, he has learned that math is the hinge on which doors of opportunity open and close. He believes the best way to keep those doors open is to regularly engage in playful math activities with those you love. Clarence focuses on bringing “math play” into the places families already gather, proving that the best way to build a better world is through the math already embedded in our human relationships.
