Dr. Onia Mayberry is the Owner of Legacy of Affirming Wellness Birthing Co. and Impact Education, and co-founder of Bumps to Blessings. She serves on the Parent Board for the National Association for Family, School, and Community Engagement (NAFSCE) and is the Director of Policy and Advocacy for Health and Equity (HEAL). With a background rooted in parenting education and community leadership training, Dr. Mayberry is dedicated to empowering families and building stronger communities. A returning 2024 NCFL presenter, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the national conversation on parent leadership and family engagement in early education.
