Elizabeth “Liz” Moya is a subject matter expert in adult education and the Program Director for the Texas Career Pathways Professional Development Center (CPPDC), where she leads initiatives that strengthen career pathways systems, advance integrated education and training (IET), and build state and local capacity through targeted professional development and technical assistance. Her commitment is focused on advancing opportunities and success outcomes for underserved and untapped communities. Liz also serves as a national trainer supporting federal and state projects.
With more than 25 years in the field, Liz has driven advancements in instruction, program design, professional development, and state policy. She is a Certified Manager in Program Improvement and holds a master’s degree in education and human resource studies from Colorado State University.
