FRANCES FROST has been a leader in non-profit organizations, as a volunteer and board member, ranging from local family foundations to national organizations for over 20 years. She is a former National PTA Board member and Family Engagement committee chairman. She has worked extensively with organizations that address barriers and advocate for equitable opportunities for youth and families in education and provide community service particularly to Black communities and women. She has developed and delivered training across the country for school district leaders, non-profit boards, and volunteers.
