As part of the Family Engagement team, Jordan focuses on creating high-quality content for practitioners and families in the early childhood space.

Prior to joining NCFL, Jordan spent seven years as an early childhood educator, most of that time at St Joseph Children’s Home in Louisville, Kentucky. She also taught English and composition courses at the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a writing coach. She was a Positive Discipline parent educator for several years and provided training for new foster parents.

Jordan holds a BA in English and Africana Studies from Tulane University and an MA in English from the University of Texas at Austin.
