As a life-long educational advocate, Lisa M. Carlo has designed nationally recognized career pathways programs with a focus on supporting skilled immigrants and refugees’ integration and inclusion, high school equivalency completers, and workforce training. As a program specialist at the Texas Career Pathways Professional Development Center (CPPDC), Ms. Carlo brings extensive facilitation and professional development training experience as an adult education instructor, curriculum designer, and trainer at the local and state level. She holds a Master of Arts degree in English with an interdisciplinary focus on textual and visual communication.
