Michelle Chaudoir leads operations at Learning Heroes, a national nonprofit supporting families and educators to team up as learning heroes. A throughline in her work across Pre-K to higher ed has been to build connections between families, schools, and communities. Her passion for family engagement stems from 15 years leading a local family literacy partnership between Head Start and K-5 public schools where she experienced the power of family literacy to transform the lives of families, including her own approach to raising her daughter and son.
