Pamela Cote is the Senior Director of Literacy Programs and Partnerships for the Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy. Her classroom experience spans elementary through adult education, and she led one of the top Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy Lighthouse programs in Maine – working directly with caregivers and their children. As the senior technical advisor at the Foundation, Pam leads a portfolio of innovative projects designed to bolster and amplify the Foundation’s engagement with adult and family literacy. Her subject matter expertise coupled with her experience cultivating and managing relationships allows the Foundation to produce high-quality content and build sustainable programs and partnership.
