Richaa Hoysala is a Senior Research Analyst with the Center for Universal Education at Brookings, where she works with the Family, School, and Community Engagement in Education initiative. Previously, Hoysala was a Professional Development Coach at the Center for the Professional Education of Teachers, supporting educators in New York City public schools. She has held teaching, instructional leadership and program management roles at Columbia World Projects, Mastree by Unacademy and Teach For India. She holds an MA in International Education Development from Teachers College, Columbia University and a BSc in Economics & Mathematics from the University of York.
