Kayenta FACE Program
Roessel is a Parent Educator dedicated to supporting Native families and young children in the Kayenta community. He works closely with parents to promote early childhood development, strengthen parenting skills, and encourage positive family relationships. Through regular home visits, they provide guidance, resources, and activities that support children’s learning and growth during the early years.
Roessel also integrates Native culture, language, and traditional teachings into his work, helping families connect cultural values with parenting and child development. He is committed to creating welcoming spaces where both mothers and fathers feel respected and encouraged to participate in their children’s learning. His work focuses on building trust with families and strengthening the well-being of children, parents, and the community.
