3-Day Registration ($595.00 per attendee)

Includes admission into concurrent sessions in six content strands; networking events; and General Sessions with keynote speakers from Monday, October 25 through Wednesday, October 27. Also includes morning coffee Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, appetizers Monday evening, and dinner Tuesday.

Lead Presenter Registration ($295.00 per attendee)

Includes same admission items as 3-Day Registration. If you submitted a proposal to present at the 2021 Families Learning Conference, please do not register until you are notified about the status of your proposal. Upon acceptance, Lead Presenters will be emailed a unique registration link to receive the discounted rate of $295.00.

Discount Codes

Discount codes apply to one 3-day $595 registration only, when paying online by credit card, until 11:59pm Pacific time on the date specified. Discount codes are not stackable.

Cancellation

A full refund less the $75 administration fee will be issued for full conference cancellations received in writing by Friday, September 24, 2021. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 24, 2021.

Management for the Families Learning Conference will not be held responsible for, nor issue refunds based on, illness, travel or weather-related interruptions, or other independent issues requiring cancellation after September 24, 2021. Substitutions are permitted.

COVID-19 Notice

The National Center for Families Learning is committed to the safety of our attendees and is monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic closely. If the pandemic causes any schedule changes to the Families Learning Conference, we will notify all registrants by email, post the schedule change on conference.familieslearning.org, and make every effort to offer an alternative delivery of Conference learning content.

Meals

The 3-day registration includes morning coffee on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, appetizers Monday evening, and dinner at the Banquet Celebration Tuesday evening. If additional meals or food & beverage are added through sponsorship, NCFL will update the Conference website accordingly and share in e-communications. Otherwise, please plan to select your favorite dining options from onsite and nearby eateries!

Vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options are available for the Banquet, but you must select your required meal during your registration. Upon check-in at Conference, you will be given a meal ticket to give your server for a vegetarian or gluten-free meal.

Additional Banquet tickets may be purchased at the Registration desk during open hours.
