Family engagement and family involvement—what is the difference? Where do you start? During this session, participants will work together to create a plan to begin or improve family engagement in their early childhood programs. Come prepared to participate and think about your early childhood program. Early childhood education is not only the start of learning for children, it can be the start of parent participation, learning, and leadership for families.
