FOR $750, EXHIBITORS ENJOY:

  • Prime placement in the main Conference breezeway from Monday, Nov. 18 to Wednesday, Nov. 20;
  • A 6-foot table with the ability to bring branded table covers, signage, promotional giveaways, and company information for attendees;
  • Access to free WiFi;
  • One complimentary 3-day registration for exhibitor.

Please note: Rather than being in a traditional exhibit hall, exhibit tables are placed in the main Conference breezeway, where attendee foot traffic is heaviest. Traditional backwall and sidewall draping is not provided by the Families Learning Conference. Exhibitors need to bring the backdrop or display they require. Electricity and AV equipment is available for a rental fee from the hotel’s inhouse AV company, Markey’s.

Additional staff

During the registration process, exhibitors will have the ability to add team members to their registration. In addition to the general registration passes (single-day $350 and three-day $695) for exhibitors, we also offer a pass called “booth personnel with meals” for $200 and a pass called “booth personnel without meals” that is no cost.

Exhibit dates and times

Exhibitors are welcome to staff their tables for the duration of the conference Monday through Wednesday, but there are specific times that our communications (printed program, app notifications) will encourage attendees to visit exhibit tables. Those times are listed below:

Sunday, Nov. 17 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Set up
Monday, Nov. 18 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Exhibits and networking
3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Afternoon break in exhibit area
5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Welcome Reception and exhibits
Tuesday, Nov. 19 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Coffee, exhibits, and networking
11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Morning break in exhibit area
3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Afternoon break in exhibit area
Wednesday, Nov. 20 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Coffee, exhibits, and networking
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tear down

Payment information

If you elected to pay by check/purchase order, make sure to include the name of the registrant and confirmation number with your payment.

Registrations will not be approved until the signed purchase order or check is received by NCFL. Purchase orders and checks submitted without registration forms or the registrant’s name and confirmation number cannot be processed.

Cancellation policy

A full refund minus a $75 administration fee will be issued if NCFL receives cancellation from the registrant in writing by Monday, September 23, 2024. A full refund minus a $125 administration fee will be issued if NCFL receives cancellation from the registrant in writing between Tuesday, September 24, 2024 and Monday, October 21, 2024. NCFL will not be held responsible for, nor issue refunds based on, illness, travel or weather-related interruptions, or other independent issues requiring cancellation after October 21, 2024. Registration substitutions are permitted.

Shipping information

As storage space is limited, the hotel cannot accept deliveries more than three days prior to the exhibitor move in date of Nov. 17. Please review the hotel’s handling fees in the linked document.
