In 2019, Pennsylvania introduced a set of family engagement standards. Developed by a cohort of stakeholders, these standards are intended to support family engagement from birth through college and career ready. In 2023 and 2024, family literacy programs across the state participated in a project to unpack these standards, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and implement an action plan. In this session, we will share about the standards, our work, and our findings.
